Chemistry exam is not difficult, candidates feel relaxed after the first day of exam

Unlike essay exams, Chemistry requires candidates to do multiple choice tests. Therefore, even if candidates finish early, they must wait until the bell rings to go out. As the first person to leave Le Viet Thuat High School, Tran Mai Trung excitedly boasted: she can get 9-10 points in Chemistry. According to Trung, although the Chemistry test is a bit long, it is all basic knowledge, there are no questions that are too difficult or challenging for students. With just average academic ability, one can get 5-6 points.

Sharing the same sentiment as Trung, another group of female students were excitedly checking each other’s results while resting under a tree in the school yard. “Like the literature test this morning, the chemistry test this afternoon only covered the basic, core knowledge of the program, so we did well,” said a female student named Lan.

Meanwhile, students taking the regular education exam said that the chemistry exam was not easy to get the maximum score. “As students of the regular education system, we found that some of the questions in the exam were a bit difficult. To get a high score on the chemistry exam, one must have good or excellent academic ability,” said a candidate.

Most candidates said that this year's Chemistry exam was not too difficult. The general part had 32 questions, the specific part had 8 questions, spread evenly across organic and inorganic knowledge, and there were almost no questions that puzzled candidates. Only the question about natural rubber and silk, if students do not review carefully, will be easy to make mistakes, some average students will have to hesitate about this question. With this type of exam, good and excellent students can finish it in 20 - 30 minutes, average students and students in groups C, D may take more time. However, many students also said that to get the maximum score in Chemistry, they must be good students, specializing in groups A, B because the exam has about 2 - 3 questions to classify students.

Thus, at the end of the first day of the exam, all the candidates breathed a sigh of relief because the questions were not too difficult and did not challenge the students. Tomorrow morning, June 3, the students will take the Geography exam, with a duration of 90 minutes.
