Overview of the conference.
The Politburo's Directive 03 on continuing to promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's moral example has been seriously studied and disseminated by the Standing Committee of the Thanh Chuong District Party Committee to every Party committee, agency, unit, and cadre and Party member. The implementation of thematic programs each year has been concretized by organizations and units to closely match their practical work. All 85 key cadres have participated.They all registered to follow.Based on the learning process, the "following the example" approach is also chosen by agencies, units, and organizations that are practical and closely aligned with their political tasks.As a result, we have293 collectives and 729 outstanding individuals are commended annually by Party committees, agencies, and units.
