After hearing the information provided by the National Assembly representatives, voters in Nghia Xuan proposed the following issues: reviewing the land allocation period for agricultural and forestry land to ensure it is appropriate because some laborers lack land for production; the allowances for commune police and village heads are still low; the payment of funeral expenses for meritorious individuals and scholarships for students are still slow; there is no mechanism to address employment for young people, soldiers after demobilization, and university graduates; labor export is still limited; and there is a need for increased investment and appropriate policies to encourage the development of industries when building new rural areas.

Voters have reported that in the area, some businesses have reclaimed land but left it fallow, leaving people without land to use; businesses have reclaimed a lot of land and built large factories, but the use of local labor is limited; businesses are exploiting stone and other resources indiscriminately, causing siltation of people's farmland and severe pollution of the Dinh River, but the issue is slow to be addressed; some inter-communal road projects are deteriorating rapidly due to low quality and the circulation of overloaded vehicles, but this has not been managed or prevented; and agricultural and forestry farms and enterprises have a lot of land available for rent and bidding, but people lack land for production…

Responding to the voters' comments, representatives of the Quy Hop District People's Council and Nghia Xuan Commune People's Council provided explanations on several issues within their jurisdiction. On behalf of the National Assembly delegation, Comrade Nguyen Si Hoi received and addressed some issues of concern to the voters; he also compiled them for submission to the National Assembly and recommended that the relevant authorities consider and resolve them.
