General Tran Dai Quang works with leaders of Nghe An province police

(Baonghean.vn) -On the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the People's Public Security studying and implementing Uncle Ho's 6 teachings (March 11, 1948 - March 11, 2013), the 65th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's call for patriotic emulation (June 11, 1948 - June 11, 2013) and the 100th anniversary of General Chu Huy Man's birth (March 17, 1913 - March 17, 2013), on March 16, General Tran Dai Quang - Politburo member, Minister of Public Security and a delegation of the Ministry of Public Security visited and worked with the leaders of Nghe An Provincial Public Security.

Previously, General Tran Dai Quang and the delegation of the Ministry of Public Security offered incense at the Memorial House of President Ho Chi Minh - Kim Lien Relic Site, Nam Dan district.

Also attending were comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Major General Nguyen Xuan Lam - Director of the Provincial Police and leaders of Nghe An Provincial Police.

Offering a basket of fresh flowers and incense to the soul of President Ho Chi Minh, comrade Tran Dai Quang and the provincial leaders expressed their sincere respect and infinite gratitude for the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - the genius leader of our Party and people, an outstanding activist of the international Communist and workers' movement, who sacrificed his whole life for the cause of national liberation, class liberation, fighting for peace, national independence and people's happiness.

Next, the delegation offered flowers and incense at the Memorial House of the late General Secretary Le Hong Phong (Hung Nguyen district) and the Memorial House of the late Minister of Public Security Tran Quoc Hoan (Nam Dan district).

At the same time, the delegation also visited the temple of King Quang Trung on Dung Quyet Mountain (Vinh City). Comrade Tran Dai Quang recorded his feelings in the souvenir book at the relic sites.

At the meeting, after listening to the leaders of Nghe An Provincial Police report on the achievements and results achieved in the past time, Minister Tran Dai Quang acknowledged, highly appreciated and commended the efforts of Nghe An Police in ensuring security and order, effectively serving the cause of economic and social development in the locality, especially in promoting measures to ensure security and order before, during and after the Lunar New Year of Quy Ty so that people can celebrate the New Year happily.

The Minister emphasized that in the coming time, Nghe An police will continue to closely follow the political tasks set out by the province, actively advise the Party Committee and the government to promote the strength of the entire political system, focus on social prevention work, and improve the effectiveness of state management of social order.
