Need to dismantle damaged constructions to avoid accidents in Ta Ca commune - Ky Son
(Baonghean.vn) -One year ago, on June 25, 2012, heavy rain caused a landslide on Pu Nong mountain in Ta Ca commune (Ky Son), causing damage to the entire commune health station. Two rows of medical examination and treatment buildings were tilted and nearly collapsed.
At that time, the staff of the commune health station moved equipment and hospital beds to temporarily borrow the community activity house of Canh village to operate. Right next to it, the working area of the Party Committee and People's Committee of the commune was also severely affected. Since then, Ta Ca commune has actively implemented the planning and design to rebuild the health station with an estimated budget of over 2 billion VND and the commune administrative headquarters of over 5 billion VND on another land.
The patient's house was damaged with a crack that moved the wall 20cm.
The entire deserted area of Ta Ca Commune Health Station
The construction was expected to start at the end of 2013. However, after a long time, the damaged constructions are still left intact, not yet dismantled, which is very dangerous for those who come near. Especially this area is the center of the commune with many people passing by and many children herding cattle in and out of the abandoned medical station area. This is a threat to safety, because the constructions can collapse at any time.
The gate of Ta Ca Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities is about to collapse, very dangerous.
Opposite the clinic is the Ta Ca Primary and Secondary Boarding School. The school’s entrance gate is also cracked and leaning, almost collapsing, but has not been dismantled, which is very dangerous. Although it is summer and students and teachers rarely come, children in the village still come to the school yard to play.
Therefore, the government and the Board of Directors of Ta Ca Primary and Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities need to have a plan to dismantle damaged structures to avoid unfortunate accidents.
