Comrade Ho Duc Phoc explains issues of concern to voters
At the meeting, many issues were reflected by voters of Hung Phuc ward, focusing on the following contents: Requesting Vinh City People's Committee to urge the contractor to implement the construction of Hung Phuc Primary School under the BT form, which has now completed the compensation for land acquisition. The clearance of the food market to build a commercial center invested by Thien Tai Company Limited has been going on for 4-5 years but has not yet been constructed. Requesting the province and the city to reclaim the land or assign the Hung Phuc Ward People's Committee to invest in building a market to serve the people. Requesting the province and the city to approve the land acquisition policy for Kim Dong Street (the section from Yen Binh Cultural House to Hecman Street, 134m long) and to invest in lighting for the section already built from Nguyen Van Cu Street to Hung Phuc Ward Police Headquarters.
Voters' opinions reflect that people have to contribute in many installments, many types of funds, fees, unclear and imposing revenues and expenditures; degraded power infrastructure, power outages without notice to people, requesting the Electricity Department to have a plan to inspect equipment, power lines, transformer stations, to avoid frequent power outages in Hung Phuc ward at present. Requesting Vinh City to direct Nghe An Urban Environment Company to arrange reasonable waste collection points, to avoid the situation of waste collection points in front of offices and schools. Policies for people with meritorious services, allowances for block and hamlet cadres, the elderly; inadequacies in medical examination and treatment. Voters recommend that the province should have measures to recover slow-progressing projects, unfeasible suspended projects...

Receiving and explaining issues of concern to voters, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Duc Phoc emphasized: Regarding the Thien Tai project, which is a modern commercial center project, in which some households do business on this land, the project is delayed due to many reasons, the province will direct the inspection and supervision of the project's implementation progress, if it is not possible to implement, the province will have a policy to reclaim it. The ward is requested to arrange and plan so that people have a place to do business. The province will do a good job of managing the works and projects implemented in the area.
