Introducing the next-generation encyclopedia for children.
Kim Dong Publishing House has just released the book "Dokéo - The New Generation Encyclopedia" for children aged nine and up.

The 410-page book, distributed nationwide, comprises seven sections (animals and plants; Earth sciences; the human body; science and technology; history; the world today; arts, entertainment, and sports), encompassing knowledge in all fields from nature to society, from scientific principles to current events.
At Dokéo, readers don't get lost in a massive, densely packed book with alphabetical entries summarizing all of humanity's knowledge. Instead, they can find everything they need, presented and illustrated by topic and categorized specifically. The book provides readers with knowledge in a way that is accessible, lively, and easy to understand.
What makes this book so appealing are its 15 chapters; these are interesting "stops" on the journey of knowledge, where young readers can learn about topics they are interested in, such as dinosaurs, astronomy, how machines work, ancient Egypt, and more.
Not only does Dokéo feature realistic and accurate illustrations, but it's also filled with whimsical and colorful drawings. For example, the human digestive system is depicted as a conveyor belt with diligent "workers" at each stage, enabling the body to absorb food and then excrete waste. Small "information boxes" in each section offer children unique stories and information to share with friends. The book also includes 250 captivating topics, exploring 100 historical figures.
In particular, by using the Index at the end of the book, young readers will gradually become familiar with searching for information, reading the book in reverse order, and easily finding topics they are interested in.
Along with the book's publication, this August, Kim Dong Publishing House will be organizing the "Challenge with Dokéo" program. The program includes a series of games exploring the world of knowledge, such as random quizzes, answer searches, fun group study sessions, and challenges against Dokéo.../.
