Trainees heard about the current situation and documents on "Population - Family Planning" recently issued. Accordingly, in addition to agencies, units, and organizations that have well implemented the family planning campaign and achieved good results, the number of having a third child or more has been on the rise in society in general, and among workers in particular, in recent years, including a number of officers and employees of the Nghe An Civil Servants' Union. In the face of this situation, grassroots trade unions under the Nghe An Civil Servants' Union need to organize learning, thoroughly understand and find causes and solutions to strictly implement the Population Ordinance in the coming time.

During this time, students are also trained in union financial operations.
