Three people were ineligible for a vote of confidence.
Those are the gentlemen: Vuong Dinh Hue, Dinh Tien Dung, and Nguyen Huu Van.

Mr. Vuong Dinh Hue
On the morning of June 10th, National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung stated that the criteria for those subject to a vote of confidence are that they must currently hold a position elected or approved by the National Assembly. The person subject to the vote of confidence must have held that position for one year.
According to the above criteria, Mr. Vuong Dinh Hue was recently relieved of his duties as Minister of Finance by the National Assembly to take on another position. Therefore, although he served as Minister of Finance for a sufficient period, he no longer holds that position and thus is ineligible for a vote of confidence. Mr. Vuong Dinh Hue will be subject to a vote of confidence in his new organization, the Party.
Mr. Dinh Tien Dung was recently elected Minister of Finance by the National Assembly, but due to the short term, he has not yet met the conditions for evaluation of his new position. Therefore, Mr. Dinh Tien Dung is not eligible for a vote of confidence.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Van was also recently elected as the State Auditor General at the 5th session of the 13th National Assembly, so he did not have enough time in the position to be subject to a vote of confidence.
National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung proposed that the National Assembly not include three individuals: Vuong Dinh Hue, Dinh Tien Dung, and Nguyen Huu Van, in the list of those subject to a vote of confidence.
This morning, the National Assembly voted on the list of individuals subject to a confidence vote for positions elected or approved by the National Assembly and People's Councils. Accordingly, 47 individuals currently holding positions are subject to a confidence vote.
