Launching Ceremony of Nghe An Talent Fund

(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, February 25, in Vinh City, the Nghe An Talent Fund was launched.

Attending the event were comrades: Le Doan Hop - Former Minister of Information and Communications; Lieutenant General Nguyen Quoc Thuoc - Former Commander of Military Region IV; Professor, Dr. Banh Tien Long - Former Deputy Minister of Education and Training; Dr. Nguyen Sy Dung - Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office and representatives of a number of enterprises based in Hanoi. On the provincial side, there were comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

The Nghe An Tam Tai Fund was established and recognized for its charter in Decision No. 4676/QD-UBND, dated November 20, 2012 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province. The Nghe An Tam Tai Fund is a social organization operating within Nghe An province; has legal status, its own seal and account, is organized and operates according to the fund's charter recognized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and complies with current laws. Regarding the organizational structure, the Fund has a Management Board chaired by Mr. Le Doan Hop - Former Minister of Information and Communications, and 6 members. Since the decision to establish the new fund was issued, just over 2 months ago, the fund has attracted 5 founding members who are owners of Nghe An's subsidiary businesses in the 3 regions of North - Central - South.

Comrade Dinh Xuan Lam - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs read the decision to recognize the Nghe An Talent Fund.

With the slogan "For the beloved homeland", Tam Tai Nghe An Fund operates voluntarily and non-profit, aiming to encourage domestic and foreign organizations and individuals who have contributed to the construction of Nghe An homeland and Nghe An people who are studying and working in the homeland to achieve outstanding achievements, contributing to the construction and development of the homeland. The Fund's reward subjects are individuals from Nghe An at home and abroad who have won national and international awards in all fields; collectives and individuals whose initiatives and research works have been recognized by the Provincial, State or international Scientific Councils; collectives and individuals at home and abroad who have made many contributions in the fields of socio-economics, humanitarian charity... contributing to the construction and development of Nghe An homeland.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, on behalf of the leaders of Nghe An province, comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong highly appreciated the initiative to establish the Nghe An Talent Fund as well as actively contributing to the fund. Nghe An has an average of 21,000 children passing university and college entrance exams each year, hoping that many children in Nghe An will benefit from this fund. Nghe An province will create all conditions for the fund to develop and operate in accordance with its objectives.
