Hackers attack Australian media giant ABC.

The website of one of the television programs of the Australian broadcaster ABC has been hacked, affecting tens of thousands of customers.

In a statement on their Twitter account, the hacking group, calling themselves "PhrOzenMyst," claimed responsibility for the attack on ABC.

This attack was in protest against ABC's broadcast of a video interview with Dutch politician Geert Wilders, who has expressed anti-immigration and anti-Muslim views.

ABC Media Group announced that it shut down the website immediately after discovering the data leak. It is estimated that "PhrOzenMyst" leaked more than 40,000 pieces of personal information from ABC customers, including email addresses, names, gender, occupation, passwords, IP addresses, postcodes, and contact information.
