(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of July 12, Comrade Tran Duc Luong - former member of the Politburo, former President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and his wife visited and presented gifts to staff and patients of Quynh Lap Central Leprosy and Dermatology Hospital.

Quynh Lap Central Dermatology and Leprosy Hospital is a unit under the Ministry of Health, established in 1957 with the task of caring for, nurturing and treating more than 230 patients, examining and treating nearly 4,000 patients with health insurance cards and other people in the area.
