Vinh exam cluster supports 3000 free meals for disadvantaged candidates

(Baonghean) - Promoting the results of the program "Free Meals - Support for Exam Season 2012", Vinh University has developed a plan to implement the program "Free Meals - Support for Exam Season" for candidates with difficult circumstances taking the exam at Vinh Exam Cluster in 2013 with 3,000 free meals and drinks (1 carton of milk or 1 bottle of mineral water).

The program consists of 2 phases: Phase 1: From July 3 to July 5, 2013; Phase 2: From July 8 to July 10, 2013, at the main gate of Vinh University and the school's Student Canteen.

The program is implemented to support, encourage and create conditions for candidates with difficult circumstances (orphans, ethnic minority candidates, candidates from poor households, candidates with other difficult circumstances), helping them feel secure during the exam days, to achieve high results in the 2013 university and college entrance exams.
