(Baonghean.vn) -On the afternoon of August 14th, at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Quynh Thien Ward, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, in coordination with the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee, held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hoang Mai Town. Attending the ceremony was Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung - Provincial Party Committee member and Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union.
The Hoang Mai Town Youth Union received 15 youth union branches from the Quynh Luu District Youth Union, including 10 branches from 5 wards and 5 communes, and 5 branches from: the Quynh Lap Central Leprosy and Dermatology Hospital, the Nghe An Mining Chemical Enterprise, the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank of Vietnam, the North Nghe An Branch, the Hoang Mai High School Youth Union, and the Bac Quynh Luu High School Youth Union. Comrade Le Van Luong – Deputy Head of the Youth Solidarity and Mobilization Committee of Nghe An Province – was appointed Secretary of the Hoang Mai Town Youth Union.

At the ceremony announcing the establishment, Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung requested that the Executive Committee of the Youth Union branch promptly develop a work program and working regulations, striving to make the Youth Union branch one of the outstanding units in the Youth Union movement. After announcing the decision, the Provincial Youth Union Secretary presented flowers to the 12 comrades in the Executive Committee of the Hoang Mai Town Youth Union.

Also on the morning of August 14th,Nghe An Provincial Women's UnionIn coordination with the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee, we organized a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Hoang Mai Town Women's Union.
The Women's Union of Hoang Mai Town comprises 10 grassroots organizations separated from Quynh Luu District, including 5 wards: Quynh Xuan, Mai Hung, Quynh Thien, Quynh Di, and Quynh Phuong, and 5 communes: Quynh Lap, Quynh Loc, Quynh Vinh, Quynh Trang, and Quynh Lien. The Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Hoang Mai Town for the 2013-2016 term consists of 17 members, and the Standing Committee has 5 members. Ms. Ho Thi Hang, Head of the Culture Department of Quynh Luu District, serves as the President of the Women's Union of Hoang Mai Town.
