Twenty more universities have announced supplementary admissions, bringing the total number of available places to nearly 20,000.

Hue UniversityThe university has announced the admission quotas for supplementary applications across most member universities. Specifically, the Faculty of Tourism has 24 quotas; the University of Foreign Languages: 133 quotas; the University of Economics: 35 quotas; the Hue University branch in Quang Tri: 128 quotas; the University of Education: 112 quotas; and the University of Science: 606 quotas. For the college level: the University of Agriculture and Forestry: 382 quotas; and the Hue University branch in Quang Tri: 40 quotas. The total quota is 1460.

Diplomatic AcademyApplications are being accepted for 60 places in the regular college program in International Relations, from August 20th to September 10th, 2013.


Can Tho UniversityThe second round of admissions is open for 17 majors, with a total of 1165 places. Specifically, there are 590 places for undergraduate programs; 310 for undergraduate programs at the Hoa An campus in Hau Giang province; and 265 for college-level programs.


Vo Truong Toan UniversityThe university is accepting applications for supplementary admissions with a total of 1470 slots. Eligible candidates are those whose total score meets or exceeds the minimum threshold. The minimum score for admission to the Bachelor of Medicine program is 17 points or higher, after adding regional and preferential treatment points.


Ho Chi Minh City University of ArchitectureThe university is accepting applications for an additional 47 places in the Graphic Design program in Da Lat for candidates who took the H-block entrance exam and achieved a total score of 16 or higher. Applications will be accepted from August 20th to September 10th, 2013.


Lac Hong UniversityThe university announced that it will consider supplementary applications for all majors. The admission score will be the same as the first-choice application score. The university will conduct admissions in three rounds, in August and September.


An Giang UniversityAnnouncement of second-choice applications for the Animal Husbandry - Veterinary Medicine major with 50 vacancies. Applicants from blocks A, A1, and B will be considered for admission based on the minimum application score. The university will conduct two rounds of admissions: Round 1 from August 15th to September 15th, 2013; Round 2 from September 20th to October 31st, 2013.


Phan Thiet UniversityThe university is recruiting an additional 800 students for undergraduate programs and 650 students for college programs. Eligible candidates are those who took the 2013 university and college entrance exams administered by the Ministry of Education and Training and achieved scores at or above the minimum threshold in blocks A, A1, and D1. The university will conduct four rounds of admissions from August to October.


Van Lang UniversityThe university is recruiting additional students for 18 undergraduate programs. Applications for the second round of admissions are expected to begin on August 20th. For candidates applying to programs in the H and V subject groups, the university will consider their exam results from seven universities: Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture, Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts, Hanoi University of Architecture, University of Industrial Fine Arts, and Hue University of Arts.


Quang Ninh Industrial UniversityThe university is recruiting an additional 100 students for its regular undergraduate programs and 950 students for its regular college programs, with the minimum application score equal to the floor score. The university also announced 300 slots for transfer students from college to university (regular program) and 100 slots for transfer students from vocational school to college (regular program). The deadline for submitting applications is from August 20th to September 10th, 2013.


Academy of Educational ManagementSecond-round admissions for the Educational Psychology major: 50 slots, minimum admission score for Block C (14 points) and Block D1 (13.5 points). Information Technology major: 100 slots, minimum admission score for Blocks A and A1 (13 points).


University of Finance and Accounting (Quang Ngai)We are continuing to consider applications for 900 second-choice slots (for candidates taking the A and A1 subject groups).


Hoa Sen UniversityA large number of students are being recruited for the second round of applications, with 1010 places available for university programs and 760 places available for college programs. Applications will be accepted from August 20th to September 9th, 2013.


Ha Hoa Tien UniversityFor the second round of admissions to university and college programs, the minimum admission score will be equal to the threshold.Hai Phong Private UniversityUniversity admissions: 1200 places; College admissions: 350 places. First round of admissions: August 20th to September 10th, 2013.


Hanoi University of Business and TechnologyThe supplementary admissions process for university programs has up to 3,000 slots across all majors; for university transfer programs: 600 slots; and for college programs: 500 slots. The minimum score for application acceptance is the floor score or higher.


University of Labour and Social AffairsSecond-round admissions are open at the Hanoi campus for 5 majors with 840 slots and at the Son Tay campus for 153 slots. Admission scores range from 13 to 15 points, depending on the major and exam group. Application period is from August 12th to September 8th.


Phuong Dong Private UniversityThe university announced 2,000 places for university admissions and 300 places for college admissions for the second round of applications.

Friendship University of Technology and ManagementAn additional 900 places will be considered across various majors.

Bac Ha International UniversityThe second and third round of admissions is open for 800 students in the fields of Economics, Engineering, and Construction, for both regular university and college programs, as well as transfer programs, from August 15th to October 30th, 2013.
