To date, 20 comrades, including members of the Town Party Committee Standing Committee, Town Party Committee members, leaders of communes and wards, and Party branch secretaries, have posted their registration forms in over 5 issues of the town's newsletter. The town's Radio and Television Station has opened a special section on studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, broadcasting 20 programs promoting outstanding exemplary individuals in various fields.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's visit to the Dong Hieu State Farm, the Town Party Committee organized a seminar to review the traditions of the past 50 years and announced the detailed plan for the memorial area where President Ho Chi Minh visited Dong Hieu, covering an area of ​​8.9 hectares. At the same time, the entire Party Committee was instructed to seriously study and write reports after researching "President Ho Chi Minh's speech to cadres, workers, and local people at the Dong Hieu State Farm," attracting 3,786 participants, including 3,488 Party members and 298 ordinary citizens.

Party committees at all levels have promptly concretized directives from higher levels with specific and practical actions in their work and daily lives, coupled with strengthening inspection and supervision, commendation and reward, and the dissemination of advanced models in studying and following the moral example of President Ho Chi Minh. In studying President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on self-criticism and criticism, the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee has implemented Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee (11th term) "Some urgent issues concerning Party building today" with a spirit of utmost responsibility and openness; the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee promptly issued a directive outlining six immediate tasks, and directed Party committees, the Town People's Committee, and other departments to urgently and actively implement them. After two years of implementing Directive 03-CT/TƯ of the Politburo on continuing to promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's moral example, the Party Committee of Thai Hoa Town has identified this as a regular activity in Party building work, linked to the implementation of political tasks, socio-economic development tasks, ensuring national defense and security, Party building, building the political system, and patriotic emulation movements... To further promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's moral example, making it more profound and widespread among cadres, Party members, and the people, the Standing Committee of the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee has identified the following key tasks: Strengthening propaganda work on Ho Chi Minh's ideology, moral example, and style, linking it with the political requirements and tasks of the locality and units; publicizing exemplary collective and individual examples, good practices, and innovative initiatives in the locality and units to all levels of the people for replication and to create a widespread impact throughout the town.

Focus on urging units to build and implement ethical standards based on the thoughts, moral examples, and style of President Ho Chi Minh, in accordance with the characteristics and operating conditions of each sector, locality, agency, and unit. Pay attention to identifying, nurturing, and honoring outstanding collectives and individuals who are exemplary in studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh. Effectively inspect and supervise the implementation of Directive No. 03-CT/TƯ of the Politburo in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution No. 4 (11th Congress) of the Central Committee on "Some urgent issues concerning Party building today." Periodically organize review conferences to evaluate the results of implementation and deploy tasks to further promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's moral example.
