The People's Committee of Le Mao Ward (Vinh City) directed to handle the issue raised by the newspaper.

(Baonghean) -On August 21, Nghe An Newspaper published an article: "Le Mao Kindergarten: Determining the level of socialized education fees". The content of the article reflects that Le Mao Kindergarten's announcement that the school's determination of the level of socialized education fees is not in accordance with regulations.

On August 27, 2013, the People's Committee of Le Mao Ward (Vinh City) issued Official Dispatch No. 80/UBND.VP to Nghe An Newspaper with the following content:

After receiving the information, the Ward People's Committee inspected and held a meeting with the Board of Directors, union representatives, people's inspectors and professional staff of the school to determine the contents of the report. After the meeting, the Ward People's Committee found that the above information was correct, including 3 specific contents:

- Le Mao Kindergarten mobilized socialized education funds at the wrong time;

- The school has not yet organized a parent meeting to propagate the campaign policy according to regulations;

- The school publicly posts the notice of socialized fundraising level at the school gate.

Therefore, the Ward People's Committee has directed the kindergarten to immediately implement the following contents:

- Temporarily stop further social mobilization at school;

- Revoke the public announcement of mobilization level at school gates.

- Return to parents the collected socialized money.

After analyzing and clarifying the content of the report and the tasks that need to be done for the kindergarten, the school's Board of Directors agreed and explained that due to the urgency to prepare adequate facilities for the newly built classrooms, in time to welcome children to the new school year, the school has implemented the above contents in the past time.

Accordingly, the Ward People's Committee assigned the Board of Directors of Le Mao Kindergarten to stabilize the classrooms, prepare all conditions for a successful opening of the new school year, and at the same time implement the mobilization of socialization of school facilities and classrooms in accordance with the procedures and regulations of competent authorities on the basis of consensus and voluntariness of parents, without equalization, without imposition, review and grasp the circumstances of students, thereby implementing well the regimes and policies on exemptions and reductions according to regulations, having a mechanism to help, support and encourage children with difficult circumstances who are studying at the school.
