Violating regulations on extra teaching and learning may result in job transfer.

(Baonghean.vn) -Vinh City People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 06/2013/QD-UBND regulating extra teaching and learning in Vinh City. Accordingly, the issue of handling violations is regulated more specifically and strictly.

In Clauses 2 and 3, Article 15 – Decision 06 stipulates: “Heads of agencies, organizations, units; cadres, civil servants, and public employees managed by the State who violate the Regulations on additional teaching and learning shall be subject to disciplinary action according to current regulations. Cadres and teachers who violate the Regulations on additional teaching and learning shall have their teacher classification and emulation titles downgraded and may be considered for transfer from the unit. Consider lowering the emulation titles of principals and schools with cadres and teachers who violate the Regulations on additional teaching and learning”.

This Decision replaces Decision No. 1265/QD-UBND dated March 29, 2013 issued by Vinh City People's Committee 5 months earlier.
