(Baonghean)The nation is proud that in the "Vietnamese army marching, united in heart to save the nation," there is a young army that inherits the heroic spirit from a thousand years of history of independence and self-reliance, contributing to the glorious national liberation revolution of the era.

From the Young Pioneers' Brigades in the 1930-1931 peasant and worker movement in Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Thai Binh...; from the Red Children's Brigades established in Ha Dong, Nam Dinh, Hai Phong... during the 1936-1939 democratic movement; to the National Salvation Children's Brigades established on the historic milestone of May 15, 1941, the predecessor of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers' Brigade, revolutionary young members regardless of background, ethnicity, rural or urban, mountainous or lowland, advanced to "do small things at a young age," immersing themselves in the struggle of their homeland and country for independence and unification with the spirit of "determined to be worthy of the name of the brave young people of the nation" (Brigade Anthem).



Inheriting and building upon the glorious history of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization, tens of millions of members today continue to strive to learn and train, becoming useful young citizens, contributing to the development of the country's renewal achievements, and creating new, equally glorious achievements of the young generation of the nation in the 21st century, with the unwavering spirit of "Advancing resolutely under the bright national flag" (Young Pioneers' Anthem).

The Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization is proud to have an increasing number of members who exemplify overcoming difficulties to excel in their studies, winning many high prizes in national and international student competitions and creative talent contests; many examples of courage have emerged, with individuals sacrificing themselves to save friends in dangerous situations, or fighting against bad habits and vices in life; many core members are enthusiastic and vibrant in the organization's activities… Today's young generation of the country confidently commits itself to the mission of rising to "stand shoulder to shoulder with the great powers of the world".
