(Baonghean) - On August 6th, 7th, and 8th, Baonghean Newspaper, in coordination with the Provincial Ethnic Affairs Committee, inspected the distribution and use of Party newspapers in Ky Son and Tuong Duong districts in accordance with Central Directive 11; Provincial Party Standing Committee Directive 03; and Prime Minister's Decision 18/2011/QD-TTg dated March 18, 2011.
The delegation inspected the Party committees, Party branches, and influential individuals in Muong Long and Tay Son communes (Ky Son district); Yen Hoa and Yen Thang communes (Tuong Duong district), and worked with the Standing Committee of the District Party Committees of these districts.
Overall, in the past period, the Standing Committee of the Tuong Duong and Ky Son District Party Committees has paid attention to directing Party committees and units to overcome difficulties and promote the distribution and use of Party newspapers, so the number of newspapers reaching Party branches has reached over 90%. Units and localities along Route 7 all have newspapers to read on the same day, and many units use the newspapers effectively, contributing to good ideological work and promoting patriotic emulation movements in units and localities.
However, in some places, newspaper delivery is not timely, not to the correct recipients, and not used effectively.
