National Assembly listens to the 2014 Central budget allocation plan

On October 23, the Minister of Finance presented a report on the implementation of the 2013 State budget estimate.

As planned, continuing the 6th Session, on the morning of October 23, the 13th National Assembly discussed in groups the Draft Amendment to the 1992 Constitution, the Draft Resolution on the implementation of the 1992 Constitution (amended in 2013).

In the afternoon, the National Assembly held a plenary session at the Hall. Minister of Finance Dinh Tien Dung, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented a Report on the implementation of the 2013 State budget estimate; the State budget estimate and the plan for allocating the central budget in 2014. Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee Phung Quoc Hien presented a Report on the verification of the implementation of the 2013 State budget estimate; the State budget estimate and the plan for allocating the central budget in 2014.

Next, Minister of Planning and Investment Bui Quang Vinh, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on the 3-year review of the implementation of the National Target Program for the 2011-2015 period. Also on the afternoon of October 23, Minister of Planning and Investment Bui Quang Vinh, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented a Report on the Government bond issuance plan for the 2014-2016 period.
