Regarding land consolidation and exchange, the district selected Nghia Khanh and Nghia Lac communes as pilot areas. Nghia Khanh commune has basically met the set targets. The average plot size is 751m2, with an average of 2-3 plots per household and an average of 3 farming areas per household. Nghia Lac commune has achieved nearly 60%, with an average of 180m2 per plot, 2-3 plots per household, and 2 farming areas per household. The goal is to have 6 communes achieve the target in 2013.

The delegation worked with the People's Committee of Nghia Dan district.
Concluding the meeting, Comrade Dinh Viet Hong assessed that the results of land consolidation and exchange work basically met the set targets, but the issuance of land use right certificates in Nghia Dan district was still slow. Comrade Dinh Viet Hong requested the district to strengthen propaganda work to all communes and people and organize training for commune land cadastral officials. The district needs to develop a plan, assign tasks and set specific targets for each official and locality. The goal is to achieve a 95% rate of land use right certificates issued for urban and rural residential land by the end of the year. The district should proactively coordinate with relevant departments and consulting units to accelerate the issuance of land use right certificates to meet the set targets.
Regarding land consolidation and reallocation, the comrade requested that the district effectively implement the approved conversion plan. Localities that are lagging behind need to adjust their plans and improve implementation in the coming period.
