(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of September 17, the Provincial People's Committee organized the 2013 Business Dialogue Conference. Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference. 150 businesses participated in the dialogue conference.

Nghe An province currently has over 10,800 enterprises, in the first 9 months of 2013, 732 enterprises were newly registered, an increase of 54.14% over the same period. However, many enterprises continue to face difficulties in capital and market, and many enterprises have stopped production, dissolved or produced at a low level. Up to now, only over 60% of operating enterprises have declared and paid taxes, contributing 43.85% to the total production value of the province.

At the conference, businesses reflected on difficulties and obstacles in the operation process such as: Inadequacies in borrowing capital, high interest rates, unreasonable land rental prices, difficulties in implementing tax policies, slow procedures for granting land use right certificates, mechanisms and policies to encourage import and export, administrative reform, etc.

After listening to the leaders of departments and branches explaining related issues, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duong - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the participation and contribution of enterprises and acknowledged the efforts of enterprises in contributing to the budget and social security issues. The province will create all favorable conditions for enterprises to operate stably and develop; at the same time, the difficulties and problems of enterprises will be promptly resolved by the province and related levels and branches.
