(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 17, the Provincial People's Council approved and confirmed the results of the vote of confidence for the positions elected and approved by the People's Council; continued to question the two sectors of Culture - Sports - Tourism; Agriculture and Rural Development. Comrades Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Xuan Son - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Tran Van Mao - Standing Member of the Provincial People's Council chaired the working session.

At the beginning of the working session this morning, the Provincial People's Council approved the draft Resolution establishing the results of the vote of confidence for positions elected and approved by the People's Council.

Comrade Tran Hong Chau spoke about the results of the vote of confidence.

As reported, the vote was taken yesterday afternoon (July 16) and the vote counting committee worked urgently, impartially, objectively and accurately. Although it was the first time, the vote of confidence was carried out carefully, seriously and objectively in accordance with the content, process and procedures stipulated in Resolution 35/2012/QH13 of the National Assembly and Resolution 561/2013/UBTVQH13 of the National Assembly Standing Committee.

Regarding this issue, comrade Tran Hong Chau emphasized: For those who have a high number of votes of confidence, it is the recognition of the Provincial People's Council for their efforts in the past time. But we must also see that the Provincial People's Council's high confidence does not mean that we have completed our tasks excellently because in the past time, the socio-economic situation still has weaknesses, and people's lives still have difficulties. We see that it is the encouragement, motivation, trust, and entrustment of the Provincial People's Council in the responsibilities of those who have high votes of confidence, we must not be satisfied or subjective in our activities. For those who have a low number of votes of confidence, we must see this as a reminder and attention from the Provincial People's Council for us; requiring comrades to try harder in their assigned positions and responsibilities.

Delegates vote to approve the results of the vote of confidence.

Also this morning, the People's Council questioned the two sectors of Culture - Sports - Tourism; Agriculture - Rural Development on issues under the management functions of the two sectors. That is, the State management work in some cultural fields is still inadequate, such as poor management of cultural relics (some relics are degraded but there are no protection measures; some relics are restored and renovated not in accordance with regulations); festival activities in the province are too numerous, causing waste and expense; recognition of cultural titles in some localities still focuses on quantity, not on quality. Children's entertainment venues and activities have not received due attention. Causes, responsibilities and solutions?

Some voters' opinions on the voting results

Mr. Tran Anh Tuan - Vice Principal of Nguyen Truong To High Schoolbelieves that: The voting results have partly reflected the efforts that the industry leaders have made in the past time. However, this result also depends on the characteristics of each industry, how it relates and directly affects related industries, people... Even so, the vote of confidence for the positions elected by the People's Council is also an opportunity for each leader to look back at themselves to try to do better in the future.

Also agree with Mr. Tuan,Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung - Party cell secretary of hamlet 12 Hung Thinh - Hung Nguyenadded: The voting results are very important, but more important is the change after the vote. Because for the people, that is the issue they care about, one of the biggest goals of the vote of confidence.Lam Tung(take note)
