Accordingly, local units proactively plan to ensure security and order, traffic safety when the storm makes landfall; Organize 24/24h duty, assign commanding officers to be on duty in dangerous areas; Prepare adequate means, food, medicine and necessary necessities; implement the "4 on-site" motto to proactively respond to storms and floods.
