This year, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hanoi and the Hanoi Student Association will deploy more than 100 student volunteer teams with nearly 1,500 volunteers operating at bus stations, train stations, and bus transfer points throughout the city, and approximately 10,000 volunteers operating at all university and college examination sites during the admissions season.

In particular, the Hanoi Youth Union continues to coordinate with the Youth Unions of provinces such as Lang Son, Ha Giang, Dien Bien, Ninh Binh, etc., to expand the "Accompanying You to the Exam" model, which is expected to directly support approximately 500 disadvantaged candidates and candidates from ethnic minorities, and to organize the reception of candidates from these provinces at bus and train stations in Hanoi.

Embracing the pioneering spirit of youth – "Where there is a need, the youth are there; where there is difficulty, the youth are there" – these days, more than 100 student volunteer teams are supporting the exam season, with over 2,000 volunteers from Nghe An province going to exam locations such as Vinh City and Cua Lo town to survey affordable and free accommodation; and simultaneously calling for support from organizations and individuals.

It is expected that around 20,000 free and low-cost accommodations will be available for exam candidates and their family members.

From June 29th, student volunteer teams supporting the exam season will operate at bus stations, train stations, and bus transfer points throughout the area to assist candidates with: finding and advising on affordable and free accommodation, providing directions and bus routes; offering free motorbike rides, etc.

Building on the achievements of the 2012 exam support program, this year the Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union, in coordination with several universities and colleges in the province, organized transportation for candidates and their families to exam locations and provided free meals and affordable accommodation for them.

It is expected that approximately 1,000 free meals and 500 free accommodations will be provided daily for candidates and their families.

From June 30th to July 10th, the Hai Phong City Student Union, in coordination with universities and colleges in the city, organized the "Exam Support Campaign".

Volunteers participated in welcoming candidates and their families at train stations, bus stations, traffic checkpoints, and examination venues; they also advised candidates on exam registration procedures, accommodation, prices, and transportation options.

At each examination location, 10-15 student volunteers are permanently stationed to perform duties in the outer perimeter: directing traffic, maintaining security and order, guiding candidates to the examination site, and safeguarding property not allowed in the examination room.
