The statement also added that "in 2014, the radio engineering units of the Russian Aerospace Defense Forces will simultaneously receive into service modernized radar stations such as Desna, Kasta, and many others."

According to the Voice of Russia, the current combat component of the Russian Aerospace Defense Forces includes three regiments of advanced long- and medium-range S-400 Triumph anti-aircraft missile systems, 18 combat vehicles of the Panshi-S1 close-in anti-aircraft missile and artillery system, as well as Gamma and Nebo-SVU radar stations and Phundament automated systems.
