Opening of industrial sewing class for the disabled

(Baonghean.vn) -On October 10, Nghe An Vocational Training Enterprise creating jobs for war invalids and disabled people held the opening ceremony of an industrial sewing class.

Industrial sewing vocational training is a project within the vocational training program for people with disabilities in the period 2012-2020 allocated by the Central Association for the Protection of Disabled People and Orphans of Vietnam to Nghe An Province.

The class is attended by 22 students from districts and cities, including 4 students who are children of wounded soldiers. With a budget of over 100 million VND supported by the state, the class will take place over 3 months and will be directly trained by teachers from the Enterprise. After the course ends, the Enterprise will create jobs on the spot to help people with disabilities have stable jobs.

This is a class with profound humanistic meaning, not only helping people with disabilities to be equipped with a career, have a job to support themselves, but also creating conditions for them to exchange, study and integrate into the community./.
