More than 330 poor workers and students get free flights home for Tet

On January 23, two flights with the message “Tet is complete every second” organized by Pepsi brand of Suntory PepsiCo Company, with the cooperation of VietJetAir, officially took off from Tan Son Nhat and Noi Bai airports, bringing 334 students and workers from the Central region with difficult circumstances back to their hometowns to celebrate the 2014 Giap Ngo Tet. This is a meaningful community-oriented activity of Pepsi brand to bring a more complete and meaningful Tet to the children of the Central region who have to leave their hometowns to study and work.

After more than 3 months of implementation, the program "Tet for every second" has attracted the attention of many students and workers across the country with the number of applications reaching more than 4,000. Through a careful and dedicated review process based on the actual needs of the participants, the program has found 334 most suitable cases to award free air tickets to return home for Tet. They are all poor students and workers but full of will to strive, overcome difficult circumstances to study and work in life.

In addition, to help students and workers enjoy an exciting journey filled with the joyful atmosphere of Tet, for the first time, Pepsi also organized an exchange activity between MC Quyen Linh, singer Tieu Chau Nhu Quynh and special passengers on VietJetAir planes. When landing at Da Nang airport, students and workers will be supported with instructions on booking bus tickets to their hometowns and receive a gift and 500,000 VND in support from the Pepsi brand, and gifts from VietJetAir so that their Tet joy can be more complete and meaningful.
