The projects put into operation have created jobs for more than 8,000 workers, an increase of nearly 700 workers compared to 2012, with an industrial production value of more than VND 4,000 billion, revenue of more than VND 7,000 billion, and budget contribution of more than VND 600 billion... Speaking at the conference, comrade Huynh Thanh Dien acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board, and affirmed that the development of the Southeast Economic Zone plays a very important role in promoting the socio-economic development of the province, so it is necessary to do a good job of attracting investment, reforming administrative procedures, continuing to complete technical infrastructure works and especially creating clean land funds to promptly respond to investment projects in the Southeast Economic Zone.
On this occasion, the management board of the Southeast Economic Zone and 1 individual were awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister, the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 2 groups and 2 individuals. The management board of the Economic Zone also awarded certificates of merit to 16 officials and 9 groups that achieved advanced titles.
