General Giap's grandson: "Grandpa, why does my heart feel so heavy?"

"Grandpa, why does my heart ache so much?" - Vo Thanh Trung, grandson of General Vo Nguyen Giap, wrote about his feelings on his personal page on October 5th.

On his personal page, Vo Thanh Trung - the son of Vo Hong Nam (the youngest son of General Vo Nguyen Giap) and Mrs. Mac Thuy Huong - tearfully recounted the most beautiful moment of his life: "Grandpa, why does my heart ache? One winter day in 1996, after receiving guests, you called me over when you saw me playing in the garden, 'Give me a kiss,' and pulled me closer."

I probably won't remember this moment with my not-so-good memory after 17 years. Luckily, at that moment, an elderly gentleman in the tour group used a telephoto lens to capture it. Sometimes, the most beautiful moments of a person's life are captured by a stranger. I miss you, Grandpa!

As for Vo Hoai Nam - Vo Thanh Trung's older brother - "time seems to have stopped," Nam wrote on his personal page.
