On the morning of June 8, 2013, in Vinh City, Dai Hue Construction Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the social housing project of Dong Dau Urban Area, invested by this Company. This is a social housing project that is the first to receive the 30,000 billion VND preferential loan package from the state according to Resolution 02/2013 of the Government. Dong Dau Urban Area Project has a total investment of 245 billion VND, a total area of 9 hectares, and was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in 2010.

Currently, Dong Dau Urban Area has completed site clearance, compensation, completed payment of land use fees to the state budget and built basic technical infrastructure. In which, the social housing area is planned to be more than 7,000 m2, including 2 buildings, each building is 12 floors high, including 350 apartments to serve the housing needs of low-income people.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Huynh Thanh Dien acknowledged the efforts of investors in the general difficult situation of the economy, taking the lead and following the Government's direction to implement social housing projects to provide more housing funds for low-income people in the area, while contributing to opening up the real estate market and creating more jobs for workers.
