(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 29, Trung Viet Company Limited held the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a 15-storey social housing sub-project (part of the high-rise housing, townhouses, and villas project) at 65 Phan Boi Chau Street - Vinh City.

Attending the event were Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of the Ministry of Construction, relevant departments, branches and sectors.

The project is invested in construction into 4 components, including 15-storey housing, technical infrastructure, parking lot, trees and adjacent villas. In the 15-storey housing area (with 1 ground floor for parking and technical system), there are 238 apartments, in which the smallest apartment is 48 m2 and the largest is 62 m2, the expected selling price is under 9 million VND/m2...
