Strengthening Government management of youth work

On the morning of October 15, in Hanoi, a signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement took place between the Government Electronic Information Portal and the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; between the Government Electronic Newspaper and the following newspapers: Thanh Nien, Tien Phong and Tuoi Tre. First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union Nguyen Dac Vinh and Deputy Head of the Government Office Nguyen Van Tung witnessed the signing ceremony.

This activity aims to strengthen communication coordination, proactively provide information to serve the direction and administration of the Government and the Prime Minister; promote propaganda of the activities of the Government, the Prime Minister and the activities of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Union, the Vietnam Student Association, and the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers.

According to the Agreement, the two sides coordinate to propagate and disseminate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and promote the provision of information on the direction and administration of the Government, the Prime Minister, and the activities of the Youth Union, Associations, and Teams at all levels on each side's media channels. The Government Electronic Information Portal coordinates and provides advice to the Central Youth Union on communication plans on important activities and events of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union on the Government Electronic Information Portal; coordinates with press and media agencies under the Central Youth Union to promote information on the activities of the Youth Union, Associations, and Teams.

The two sides will coordinate to build a special page and column on Vietnamese youth on the Government's Electronic Information Portal and a special page and column on the activities of the Government and the Prime Minister on the Central Youth Union's Electronic Information Portal to proactively and promptly provide information on the direction and administration of the Government and the Prime Minister for the Youth Union organization, promote information on the activities of all levels of the Union, Association, and Pioneers in the country and the activities of Vietnamese youth and students abroad.

Organize and implement exchange programs, dialogues, and online discussions between the Central Secretariat of the Youth Union and union members, youth, students, people, and overseas Vietnamese periodically or suddenly according to specific cooperation plans each year; coordinate the implementation of multimedia communication programs related to programs and tasks deployed by the Youth Union under the direction of the Government and the Prime Minister.

On this occasion, the electronic information system of the Central Youth Union was connected to the administrative information network of the Government, ensuring the electronic information system operates safely and smoothly, promoting efficiency in serving the direction and administration of the Government, the Prime Minister and the activities of the Central Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union./.
