US official admits leaking intelligence on North Korea
BBC reported that US State Department official Stephen Kim recently confessed to providing top secret information about North Korea to a domestic journalist.
Stephen Kim, 46, a former senior intelligence adviser to a US assistant secretary of state, faces up to 13 months in prison in one of a series of cases involving the unauthorized leaking of government information.

The incident began when Fox News journalist James Rosen posted a piece of news from a US government intelligence document on North Korea in June 2009.
Prosecutors said the information found in Rosen's article was taken from a report sent to multiple officials, including Mr. Kim.
The report said US intelligence officials had warned the president and government advisers that North Korea would respond to a UN resolution punishing the nuclear test with another nuclear test.
Mr. Stephen Kim will be sentenced on April 2 if the judge accepts the content of his testimony.
The administration of US President Barack Obama has charged more whistleblowers than all previous presidential administrations combined./.
