3D seismic survey plan for oil and gas exploration in Blocks 103 & 107

Vietnam Oil and Gas Exploration and Production CorporationWe are pleased to announce that from June 1st, 2014 to July 31st, 2014, the Corporation will conduct 3D seismic surveys for oil and gas exploration in Blocks 103 & 107 off the coast of mainland Vietnam with the following coordinates:

The company will use seismic vessels.BR/V VERITAS VIKING IIThis vessel is flying the Norwegian flag, IMO number 9189512, white and blue in color, and is escorted by six guards. We respectfully request that fishermen pay special attention:

- Do not cross in front of or behind the seismic vessel's path; fishing is only permitted at least 10km away from the boundary of the 3D seismic survey area.
