(Baonghean.vn) - On January 19, 2014, Comrade Luong Quang Kinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee - Head of the Ethnic Committee led a delegation of provincial officials to wish a happy new year to officers, soldiers, and families with meritorious services in Tuong Duong district. Accompanying them were representatives of the Provincial Farmers' Association, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Border Guard, the Provincial Military Command, and leaders of Tuong Duong district.

The delegation visited the accommodation and food places, wished a happy new year to the soldiers of the Tam Quang border post stationed in Na Huong village; wished a happy new year and gave gifts to 137 students and officers of the Tuong Duong District Social Labor Education Center, wished a happy new year to officers and soldiers of the Tuong Duong District Military Command, Tuong Duong District Police; visited the family of Mr. Lang Dinh Chau, a 3/4 war invalid in Na Tong village - Tam Thai commune, and Mr. Kha Duong Hoang, a 4/4 war invalid in Phong village - Thach Giam commune.

At the places visited, after kindly asking about the health, life, work, and achievements of the unit in the past year, the delegation gave gifts and wished the unit, families, and policy beneficiaries a happy and prosperous new year.
Comrade Luong Quang Kinh praised the efforts of the Party Committee, government and people of Tuong Duong district in the past year and hoped that in the coming year, the cadres, soldiers and people of the district would continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, build the district stronger and richer, maintain the title of a clean and strong Party Committee; contribute to building Nghe An into an industrial province by 2020 in the spirit of Resolution 26 of the Politburo. During the Lunar New Year of Giap Ngo, Comrade Luong Quang Kinh hoped that the cadres and soldiers of Tuong Duong district would continue to take care of people's lives, protect security and order so that people could celebrate the New Year happily.
