(Baonghean.vn) - In order for the opening ceremony of the 16th Nghe An Province Phu Dong Sports Festival to be successful, on the morning of March 14, at Vinh City Sports Stadium, the Organizing Committee of the 16th Nghe An Province Phu Dong Sports Festival held a general rehearsal of the entire content of the Opening Ceremony program.

After conducting a general rehearsal of the entire program, the Organizing Committee held a meeting to review the work content, anticipate possible situations, and find solutions to resolve them... in order to make the opening ceremony a success.

The 16th Phu Dong Sports Festival of Nghe An province took place from March 16 and ended on March 20. The Festival was attended by 21 delegations from 21 districts, cities and towns, with nearly 1,400 athletes competing in 8 sports, including: Athletics, Badminton, Table Tennis, Shuttlecock, Football, Volleyball, Chess and Crossbow Shooting. The opening ceremony took place at Vinh City Sports Hall on the morning of March 16, 2014.
