Nghia Dan: Training on Cooperative Law 2012
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 1, the Steering Committee for New Rural Areas in Nghia Dan district organized a training conference on the 2012 Law on Cooperatives and Decree 193/2013/ND-CP dated November 21, 2013 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Cooperatives for the team of heads of district-level departments and offices, chairmen, officers in charge of building new rural areas in communes and towns, and heads of cooperatives in the district.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 1, the Steering Committee for New Rural Areas in Nghia Dan district organized a training conference on the 2012 Law on Cooperatives and Decree 193/2013/ND-CP dated November 21, 2013 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Cooperatives for the team of heads of district-level departments and offices, chairmen, officers in charge of building new rural areas in communes and towns, and heads of cooperatives in the district.
During the day, delegates listened to the staff of the District's New Rural Steering Committee present the basic contents of the 2012 Law on Cooperatives, including 9 chapters (1 chapter less than the 2003 Law on Cooperatives), 64 articles (12 articles more than the 2003 Law on Cooperatives). The 2012 Law on Cooperatives focused on clarifying the nature and management methods of cooperatives; the rights and obligations of cooperative members. Decree No. 193/2013/ND-CP of the Government on guiding the implementation of the 2013 Law on Cooperatives includes 6 chapters, 33 articles detailing 13 articles and clauses in the 2013 Law on Cooperatives on general provisions, establishment, registration, dissolution of cooperatives, Cooperative Unions, assets, finances of cooperatives, Cooperative Unions, support policies, incentives of the State...; Guidance on the process of converting cooperatives according to the Law; Guidance on developing cooperative charters according to the Law; Project on innovation and development of cooperatives in Nghe An province for the period 2014 - 2020.
The training course helps the staff of State management on collective economy, the Board of Directors of cooperatives in the district to understand more fully and deeply the contents of the provisions of the Law on Cooperatives 2012, thereby contributing to improving the capacity of staff in the work of mobilizing the development of cooperative economy, transforming cooperative models according to the new Law on Cooperatives, making the collective economy in the district increasingly sustainable. Contributing to the good implementation of criterion No. 13 in building new rural areas in Nghia Dan district./.
