Children's playground:(The quarter-final matches will take place on June 13 at Nghe An Provincial Gymnasium)

Teams entering the quarterfinals: Yen Thanh, Thai Hoa Town, Vinh City, Nam Dan, Nghi Loc, Do Luong (first place in groups A, B, C, D, E, F), Tan Ky (second place in group A) and Que Phong (second place with the best results in groups of 3 teams).
