(Baonghean.vn) -On the afternoon of March 25, Major General Tran Tien Dung - Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 4 led a delegation of the Military Region to visit and give gifts to encourage male and female actors of the Military Region 4 Art Troupe who had an accident on their way to work in Ky Son district and are currently being treated at Military Hospital 4.

Implementing the Tour Plan to serve officers, soldiers and people in the Military Region (from March 20 to 31, 2014), at about 9:30 a.m. on March 24, 2014, when the vehicle of the Military Region 4 Art Troupe with license plate KD 74 21 carried 29 male and female actors of the troupe to serve officers, soldiers and people of Ky Son district, Nghe An province. When approaching Xop Tu village, My Ly commune, Ky Son district, the vehicle encountered a curve and slope, the vehicle lost its brakes, crashed into the embankment and plunged into a small abyss.

The accident resulted in two serious injuries (one female actress broke her arm, the driver broke her leg), and many other actors suffered minor injuries. Immediately after the accident, the actors were taken to Ky Son District General Hospital for emergency treatment and then transferred to Military Hospital 4 for treatment.

Encouraging the male and female actors who were injured in an accident and are being treated at Military Hospital 4, Major General Tran Tien Dung kindly shared the unfortunate incident that happened to the group. At the same time, he hoped that they would continue to encourage and help each other to rest, take care of their health, recover soon, and continue practicing and performing for the officers and soldiers of the Military Region's armed forces and the people in the area. The Military Region Command presented 11 gifts to the victims of the accident, of which 5 million VND was given to seriously ill patients and 3 million VND to mildly ill patients.

On this occasion, the Political Department of Military Region 4 also visited and gave 2 million VND to seriously ill patients and 1.5 million VND to mildly ill patients.
