Arrested "madam" running student prostitution ring

(Baonghean.vn) - A source from Vinh City Police (Nghe An) said on August 16 that the agency had just urgently arrested Hoang Thi Hoai (22 years old - residing in Hung Nguyen district, Nghe An) for organizing prostitution.

Hoai is a pimp who manages about 20 people participating in a prostitution ring in the area, including many students from local universities and colleges.

Previously, on August 11, at a hotel in Hung Binh ward (Vinh city), the police caught two couples in the act of prostitution.

According to the testimony of the two girls, Hoai was the one who introduced them to the customers. An arrest warrant was issued for Hoai. A search of their residence resulted in the seizure of many unused condoms, 20 million VND in cash, and 7 mobile phones.

At the investigation agency, Hoai confessed that he often approached beautiful girls at the gates of universities and colleges, then asked for their phone numbers and lured them into the path of body trafficking.

Each time a customer requests, Hoai offers a price ranging from 1.5 million to 3 million VND/time. The prostitutes have to pay Hoai 1/3 of this amount.

The case is currently under investigation by the police.
