Since the issuance of Directive 34-CT/TW and Directive 40-CT/TW of the Secretariat (Term IX), the Standing Committee of the Do Luong District Party Committee has promptly organized the dissemination of the contents of the Directives to key cadres from the district to the commune. Party cells in schools have regularly attached importance to the work of political and ideological education, training of ethics and political qualities for teachers, students and staff in schools.

The Department of Education and Training coordinates with the Trade Union to develop programs and plans to strengthen political and ideological education for staff and teachers. Since then, the discipline of Party cell activities in schools has been strictly maintained. Many Party cells have organized thematic activities, contributing to improving the quality of activities.

From the time before Directive 34 (1998), the number of educational institutions with party cells was 78/105 educational institutions, only reaching 74.3%, up to now (2014), all kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools have party cells, the number of institutions with party cells is 98/98, reaching 100%. Every year, over 95% of school party cells achieve clean and strong status, with no weak party cells. The number of party members in schools is increasingly increasing, the total number of party members is currently 1,850/3,153 cadres and teachers, accounting for 58.7%. Among them, many commune, town, and school party cells have actively done a good job of training and recruiting new party members such as; Do Luong 1 High School, Do Luong 2 High School, Do Luong 4 High School, etc.

In the coming time, the Party organization in each school needs to base on its functions and tasks to lead the implementation of the education and training program plan well, in which special attention should be paid to political ideology and revolutionary ethics education.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee awarded certificates of merit to 6 collectives and 4 individuals with outstanding achievements in training and fostering party members in schools.
