Conference overview

At the conference, delegates were introduced, presented and guided by Mr. Nguyen Van Bon, Deputy Director of the Department of Judicial Support (Ministry of Justice) on the implementation of the main features of Decree No. 17/2010/ND-CP on property auctions; Circular 03/2012/TT-BTC on guidelines for collection levels, collection, payment, management and use of auction fees and auction participation fees; Circular 48/2012/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance on guidelines for determining starting prices and financial regimes in land use rights auctions for land allocation with payment and some new regulations on land use rights auctions under the 2013 Land Law.

The conference listened to the frank opinions of the delegates on the issue of removing difficulties and obstacles in the auction of assets; the obligations and legal responsibilities of organizations with assets, of the parties conducting the auction of assets... Speaking at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Que Anh, Deputy Director of the Department of Justice, acknowledged the opinions of the delegates and requested to ensure close coordination of relevant agencies and units to seriously implement the provisions of Decree No. 17/2010/ND-CP, thereby improving the quality and effectiveness of asset auctions in the process of administrative reform and judicial reform in the locality. Thereby ensuring that the auction of assets is truly public, transparent, economical, effective, and prevents corruption and negativity./.
