5 "made in Vietnam" submarines are about to be exported to Malaysia

After two months, a batch of five "made in Vietnam" submarines will be exported to Malaysia, priced at 3,500 USD each, for tourism purposes.The inventor of these "submarines" is Mr. Phan Boi Tran - an overseas Vietnamese living in Ho Chi Minh City.
