Candidates need to clearly understand the regulations in the exam room to avoid losing points. |
Check the exam carefully
The Ministry of Education and Training reminds candidates that it is their responsibility to be present at the exam location on the scheduled date and time, to follow the instructions of the Examination Council and the instructions of the invigilator. Candidates who arrive more than 15 minutes late after the exam start time signal will not be allowed to take the exam.
Show your exam card or ID card to the invigilator when your name and registration number are called. Only when the invigilator gives permission can you enter the exam room. Sit in the seat with your registration number written in the exam room.
When receiving the exam, you must carefully check the number of pages and the quality of the printed pages. If you find any missing pages or torn, damaged, smudged, or faded pages, you must report this to the exam room supervisor immediately, no later than 15 minutes after distributing the exam.
No discussion, cheating, or any other behavior that disrupts the exam room is allowed. If you want to speak, you must raise your hand to notify the invigilator. When allowed to speak, the candidate must stand up and clearly report his/her opinion to the invigilator.
Do not write special symbols in the article
Candidates should write clearly, without marking or making any personal symbols, and must not write in pencil (except for drawing circles with a compass and filling in boxes on the multiple-choice answer sheet); must only write in one type of ink (not red ink); incorrect writing must be crossed out with a ruler; and must not be erased or erased in any way.
For exams with optional sections, candidates can only do one of the two optional sections; if they do both optional sections, both optional sections will not be scored.
For each exam session, sign the exam registration sheet. When the exam time is over, stop writing immediately.
When submitting an exam, you must clearly write down the number of exam papers you have submitted and sign the exam receipt. If you cannot complete the exam, you must still submit your exam paper. Do not submit scratch paper.
Candidates are not allowed to leave the examination room during the multiple choice test. For essay tests, candidates may leave the examination room after 2/3 of the test time has elapsed; before leaving the examination room, candidates must submit their test papers, test questions, and scratch paper.
In special cases, you may only leave the examination room with permission from the invigilator in the examination room and must be under the supervision of the invigilator outside the examination room or an officer of the Examination Council assigned by the Chairman of the Examination Council.
Seriously handle violations
Sharing with candidates before the graduation exam day, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Vinh Hien said: “It is important for each candidate to follow the regulations correctly, avoiding unfortunate incidents. This year's high school graduation exam, compared to previous years, is aimed at differentiating according to ability, contributing to the selection and orientation after high school for students. Therefore, during the exam, students need to be calm and confident because average students can graduate if they try hard. To do well on the exam, students need to pay attention to analyzing and understanding the nature of the problem, not relying on memorization.”
In addition, regarding the examination supervision, Deputy Minister Hien said that the examination councils need to pay attention to disseminating the examination regulations to teachers and students before the exam, not waiting until the exam session to disseminate them. During the exam organization process, if violations occur, they need to be handled seriously and promptly, especially the responsibilities of the invigilators, examiners, and the examination councils.
"The Ministry of Education and Training's viewpoint is to strictly implement the regulations, but the important thing is to prevent and limit violations to ensure the exam takes place safely, seriously, and achieves good results," Mr. Hien emphasized.
