Hoang Mai Town: Organizing early Mid-Autumn Festival for children

(Baonghean.vn) - In order to create a useful playground for children before entering the new school year and towards the celebration of the 2014 Mid-Autumn Festival, the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Hoang Mai town coordinated with the An Binh Charity Fund of AP Joint Stock Company (Hanoi) to organize a program to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival for children and give gifts to disadvantaged but excellent students in the area.

Hoang Mai town is a locality that suffered heavy damage in the storm.cataclysm"In October 2013, many schools had their teaching materials swept away by storms and floods, and many children after the floods had no books to go to school. In order to share the difficulties and encourage the children to have enough material things to enter the new school year, on this occasion, the Town People's Committee presented 10 gifts to 10 disadvantaged students who had strived to study well, each gift worth 400,000 VND.
