This year, the Provincial Military Service Council directed localities to strictly implement the recruitment process; proactively implement the "3 meetings, 4 pieces of information" method; and closely link the recruitment and conscription of young men with the local mobilization reserve. This is a correct and appropriate policy that effectively promotes the role and responsibility of the entire political system, gradually socializing the recruitment process and creating social consensus with the motto: "transparency, democracy, and legality". Therefore, in the first conscription wave of 2014, Dien Chau district achieved 100% of its assigned target with 270 young men enlisting for military service, the largest number of recruits in the entire province.

Following the troop handover ceremony, the new recruits will be transferred to training at various military branches: Brigades 147 and 131 - Navy; Armored Corps, Special Forces; Brigade 16 Artillery and Division 324 - Military Region 4. 100% of the recruits have an education level of grade 9 or higher, including 2 with college degrees. 100% meet health standards of categories 1 and 2.

By 9:00 AM on February 18th, the first phase of the military conscription ceremony in Dien Chau district had been completed, ensuring a quick, efficient, and absolutely safe process.

* On the morning of the same day (February 18, 2014), the Military Service Council of Quy Chau district organized the first troop handover ceremony of 2014.

Attending the ceremony were Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Anh Linh - Deputy Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command, leaders of the district, 12 communes and towns, and representatives of the two units receiving the recruits, the 324th Division and the 414th Brigade of Military Region 4, along with family members and friends who came to encourage and see off the new recruits as they departed for military service.

In the first recruitment phase of 2014, Quy Chau district was assigned a quota of 70 young men to enlist in the military. To ensure the quota was met and the quality of recruits was maintained, the district and commune/town military service councils had previously led and directed the dissemination and implementation of the Military Service Law, carrying out the selection and recruitment of citizens seriously and in accordance with regulations. Through the health examination and political and moral character assessment, 70 young men were selected, achieving 100% of the planned quota. 100% of the selected young men had a minimum education level of junior high school, and 42 of them had completed the Party membership training course.

Earlier, on the evening of February 17th, the new recruits also participated in a cultural exchange event titled "Farewell to Our Soldiers" at the District Cultural and Sports Center, organized by the Standing Committee of the District Youth Union in coordination with the District Military Command. During the event, the performances praised the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, the homeland, the solidarity between the military and the people, and celebrated the image of today's soldiers on the front lines of national construction and defense. Particularly memorable was the interaction between the new recruits and their families, leaving a deep impression on the audience.
