Thanh Hoa coastal residents were shocked to discover many sacks containing strange substances drifting ashore continuously over the past week.

According to observations, these sacks are about the size of a cement bag, printed entirely in Chinese, with a circular logo that has faded due to the impact of seawater. When opening these sacks, people found a strange powdery substance that had solidified and had a strong foul smell.
