(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 20, in Vinh City, leaders of Ho Chi Minh City and Nghe An Province organized the installation of a plaque to celebrate 10 years of cooperation between the two localities and attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Nguyen Kim Shopping Center.
Attending the ceremony on the side of Ho Chi Minh City were comrades Le Thanh Hai - Politburo member, Secretary of the City Party Committee; Le Hoang Quan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee and Vice Chairmen along with leaders of Departments, branches and enterprises.
Leaders of Nghe An province include comrades: Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Quang Huy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee along with comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and leaders of departments and branches.

Also on the morning of September 20, leaders of Ho Chi Minh City and Nghe An attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Nguyen Kim Nghe An Shopping Center. The project is located on Le Nin Avenue - Vinh City, with a scale of 5 floors, with a total floor area of over 30,000 m2. This multi-functional project includes a complex: a self-service supermarket; a shopping area for electronics, fashion products, cosmetics, furniture, household appliances, children's toys, sports equipment...; Along with that are self-service food courts, restaurants, children's entertainment areas, advanced technology games and 3D cinemas with the most advanced technology today.

According to the plan, Nguyen Kim Shopping Center will be completed and put into operation in the third quarter of 2015. The total investment for this project is expected to be 550 billion VND. This is one of the projects that opens a new stage of cooperation between Ho Chi Minh City and Nghe An.
